Singapore, June 5, 2025– Resulticks, a globally recognized leader in real-time, genAI-driven audience engagement and data management solutions, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Diginex Limited (Nasdaq: DGNX), a premier provider of Sustainability RegTech solutions. The MoU outlines the framework for a proposed $2 billion business combination, consisting of equity issuance, cash consideration, and performance-based earnouts. In parallel, the companies will drive innovation, market expansion, and the growth of new ventures across AI, engagement, and compliance-focused solutions with a deployment of an additional $200 million into Resulticks.
