Resulticks to Power Digitized Customer Engagement for 1,000 Indonesian Rural Banks

Resulticks, a leading provider of real-time audience engagement solutions, today announces the signing of a major agreement to enable digitized audience engagement for 1,000 rural banks in Indonesia. In collaboration with the digital agency iNEED.id the Rural Banking Association of Indonesia – Perbarindo, will see Resulticks onboarding rural banks across the nation onto Marketing Star—Resulticks’ SME-focused, streamlined multichannel marketing solution. 

During the initial phase of the agreement, Resulticks will work with iNeed.id to streamline cross-channel communications. Marketing Star will give rural banks access to intuitive, streamlined multichannel marketing capabilities—marketing the first foray into digitization for the majority of the rural banks and an opportunity to transform how they engage banking customers.
